Freedom of Action

For a year I researched the main space of Kelim Choreography Center- structure, light, objects and physical experiences. During that time, I was also asking questions about crossing the line between viewer to participant to creator and about freedom of thought and action in general. Those questions lead me to create a participatory work revolving the specific attributes of this space. In the work, I invite the audience to a table packed with mission pages for them to choose from. I used fun and relative freedom as means to overcome the terror of the performance hierarchy transformation. The work ends with me posing a reflexive question mark over that freedom- the choices each person took and their level of awareness to them.
